Thermodiffusion and Thermoelectric Phenomena in Condensed Systems
The transport equations of irreversible processes such as thermodiffusion and thermo-electric phenomena are derived on the basis of modern nonequilibrium thermodynamics in the case of the reversible change of volume due to the thermal expansion. Priority was given to obtaining-the generalized equation of heat conduction, which was further applied to metal systems and semiconductors.
