COMPARISON OF ACCURACY AND EFFECTIVITY OF CALCULATION USING DIFFERENT MODELS OF LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHY
Four different models of LC chromatography column dynamics were compared regarding their efficiency and accuracy of computation In the models analysed the resistances of mass transfer, axial dispersion as well as resistances of the adsorption-desorption process were considered. The results of calculation showed that the most efficient was the model in which mass transfer resistances were ignored, but the resistances of the adsorption-desorption process were taken into account.
