The goal of this work was to explain the effect of mass transfer on the heat transfer in nucleate pool boiling of binary mixtures on the horizontal tube. The model elaborated is based upon the theory of mass transfer taking into account the effect of finite diffusion fluxes on the mass transfer coefficients in both phases. The calculation method is illustrated by an example.
