Synthesis and Self Assembly Behavior of [60] Fullerenated Poly(2-bromomethyl) acrylic acid |
초록 |
We prepared a new type of [C60] fullerene derivative of poly(2-bromomethyl) acrylic acid (polymer modified C60) thin film. First step was the radical polymerization of 2-(bromomethyl) acrylic acid by using AIBN. Then a nucleophilic substitution reaction was performed to substitute the bromine groups present in the polymer with azides. Finally, the well defined C60 derivative of polymer was prepared by the reaction of azides functionalized polymer with C60. Results of 1HNMR, FT-IR, and UV-visible characterization indicated that the C60 was chemically bonded to the polymer. The resultant polymer retains both electronic property of the C60 moiety and processability property of the polymer. The simple and versatile nature of this procedure allows for a wide variety of polymers and copolymers to be prepared. This type of polymeric C60 derivatives can be used as biomedical materials and photoconductive materials. |
