제목 The Polymerization of Olefins By Using New Type Phenoxy-Imine Nickel(ll) Catalyst
초록 A number of highly active olefin polymerization catalysts based on both early and late transition metals have been discovered. Notable examples are nickel complexes with a diimine ligand or a phenoxy-imine ligand. These transition metal complexes exhibit activities comparable of those of the group 4 metallocene catalysts. Recently, we have synthesized well-defined phenoxy-imine Nickel (ll) catalysts bearing various substituents on the aryl ring on the basis of a ligand-oriented catalyst design concept in which ligands play the predominant role for activity and polymerized olefins by theses complexes. Here, we report on the preparation and characteirzation of phenoxy-imine nickel (ll) catalysts and its detailed catalytic performance for the polymerization of olefins.
