제목 Fabrication of Composite magnetic structure for Broadband absorption of Millimeter wave
초록 Recently, with the development of next-generation communication devices, the operating frequency of the circuit tends to increase to a high frequency band of GHz. Especially millimeter(Mm) waves (30-300 GHz) are beginning to be used in electronic devices for high-speed wireless communication. Ferromagnets are known as promising candidates for electromagnetic(EM) wave absorbers that due to ferromagnetic resonance. Among ferromagnetic materials that are known to absorb Mm waves, SrFe12O19 absorbs a frequency of ~60 GHz, and ε-Fe2O3 absorbs a frequency of ~180GHz. In case of fabrication a composite magnetic structure with two properties in one particle with two types of ferrite, it is expected to effectively absorb broadband Em waves. Also, it will be applied to various fields such as electronic and high-speed wireless communication. Thus, we manufactured SrFe12O19 and ε-Fe2O3 as a composite magnetic structure and then confirmed the magnetic properties and ferromagnetic resonance.
