Cell-substrate interaction was fundamentally essential for phenotypic maintenance and multipotency of stem cells. To regulate the cell-substrate interaction, many researchers have tried to mimic the native cellular environment by introducing physical and chemical factors. Electrospinning technique is a useful tool to produce fibrous structure with various diameter, porosities and compositions. Poly-l-lysine (PLL) is a common coating material for the improvement of cell adhesion. In this study, we fabricated poly-L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) nanofibers incorporating PLL by electrospinning technique and investigated stem cell expansions and differentiation on them. |
