제목 OptimalDesign of Cryogenic Storage Tank
초록 With the commercializationof hydrogen technology worldwide, research on cryogenic storage technology isalso being actively conducted. Cryogenic storage technology uses a method ofreducing heat inflow by arranging Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI) layer upon layerin a vacuum state. In this study, the optimal tank design was conducted for acertain amount of liquefied nitrogen by calculating the heat inflow into thevacuum MLI insulation method according to the size, shape, and insulation ofthe tank through a numerical model. The verification of the numerical modelequation was conducted through the Boil-off gas experimental value of liquefiednitrogen and will be applied the liquified hydrogen storage tank.
