제목 Synthesis and Light-Emitting Properties of Poly(1,4-phenylenevinylene- alt-2,5-thienylenevinylene) Derivatives
초록 A new series of alternating copolymers composed with 1,4-phenylenevinylene and 2,5-thienylenevinylene repeating units were synthesized by Heck reaction for light-emitting display. The resulting copolymers were characterized by 1H- and 13C-NMR, DSC and TGA instrumental methods. These polymers were soluble in common organic solvents and easily spin-coated onto the glass substrate, which give highly optical quality thin films without any defects. The electro-optical properties were investigated by UV-vis, PL and EL spectra with an ITO/PEDOT/polymer/Al devices. The turn-on voltages of these polymers are in the range of 4-16V and maximum brightness was about 2800 cd/m2.
