제목 Syntheses, and Properties of PCPP Derivatives Containing Carbazole Pendant for Efficient Blue Electroluminescence.
초록 The syntheses and characterization of BCzPh-PCPPs and CzPh-PCPPs, with carbazole unit as pendants, are presented. The absorption peaks of BCzP-PCPPs and CzP-PCPPs at 296, 311, and 366 nm are originated from PCPP backbone. The PL spectra of the polymers in thin film showed maxima around 400430nm. The devices of the polymers with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymers/Ca/Al showed EL emissions with maximum peaks at 400450 nm, CIE coordinates of (x = 0.110.29, y = 0.110.33), low turn-on voltages of 46 V, maximum brightness of 60810 cd/m2, and the luminescence efficiencies of 0.040.22 cd/A. CzPh-PCPP1 showed blue emission with the maximum brightness of 810 cd/m2 at 9 V, and the highest luminescence efficiency of 0.22 cd/A at 395 mA/cm2.
