| 제목 | An Eco-friendly Approach to Synthesis of Monomers for Polyamides from Vegetable Oils |
| 초록 | Polymeric materials are very useful and essential to human life. But most of them are derived from petrochemical feedstocks. Petroleum-based industries are facing challenges nowadays in environmental, economic and technical issues. Various environmental regulations all over the world are also accelerating the demand for alternative carbon sources. From this point of view, a lot of research groups have focused on the synthesis of TPEs (Thermoplastic Elastomers) from natural resources. In the present work, we have developed a versatile and efficient process for the monomers of polyamide type TPEs from vegetable oils as renewable resources. We could obtain both α,ω-dicarboxylic acids and ω-amino acids monomers with C9 to C15 alkyl chains from vegetable oils in good to excellent yields. |
