제목 Synthesis and Functionalization of Graphene Quantum dots  
초록 Graphene has recived much attention by its incomparable characteristics, electric or thermal conductivity and mechanical stability, for example. Not only these properties of graphene, it also appliable to nano carrier systems, such as drug or gene, etc. At this experiment, we obtained the Light-emitting graphene sheets by oxidation-cleaving method. These results are analyzed by UV-vis spectroscopy, FT-IR, Photoluminescence(PL) Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM), Raman Specstroscopy.
