제목 | Separation of free water of ginseng and anti-inflammatory effect |
초록 | Fresh ginseng has water of 60~70%. It is dried for long-term storage and protecting deterioration. In this study, free water was separated by drying dried ginseng purchased by region, and the amount of free water separated from the weight of whole ginseng was identified. Free water was analyzed by GC-MS, and total polyphenol content and anti-inflammatory effect were confirmed. Free water was separated by 60~69% of the total weight of fresh ginseng, identified by GC-MS had more components than conventional ethanol extracts. The total polyphenol content was between 3.2 and 4 mg GAE/g. Anti-inflammatory effects confirmed by NO assay inhibited 55.16% in 10% water and 100% NO in water diluted to 30%. **This work was supported by the Technology Innovation Program (20009663, Development of petroleum free natural solubilizer and well aging products based on thereof) funded By the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy(MOTIE, Korea) |
