| 제목 | The power law behavior ofmagnetoresistancein Alq3 based OLED |
| 초록 | We measured magnetoresistance in organic light-emitting diodes based on Tris(8-hydeoxyquinolinato)aluminium (Alq3) and 4,4′-N,N′-dicarbazolebiphenyl (CBP). In Alq3 the positive magnetocurrents were observed irrespective of the observation of electroluminescence and the magnetocurrent showed the behavior of the power law on magnetic field (Bn). On the other hand, a distinct magnetic effect on current was not observed in CBP. |
