Effect of cross-linking on the electrical properties of carbon nano-filler/ethylene ethyl acrylate (EEA) composites |
초록 |
The polymer composites reinforced with multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were fabricated for semiconducting layers of high-voltage electrical power cables. Different techniques to disperse multiwalled carbon nanotubes in polymers using an internal mixer and twin screw extruder are applied. Materials of composites were used multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), poly(ethylene-co-ethyl acrylate). The additives used polyethylene wax (PE wax) and surfactant. The electrical and surface properties of the composite with change of crosslinking density have been investigated. The morphology and electrical properties of polymer composites were investigated via scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser scanning microscope (LSM), dielectric analyser (DEA) and surface resistance meter (Loresta). |
