As the demand for functionality increases in the outdoor advertising (Flex) fabric market, we have developed products with excellent flame retardancy, light weight, and excellent DTP printability. Recently, the printing industry has been conducting environmentally friendly research to reduce the negative recognition which causes environmental pollution. In particular, the paradigm shift to the eco-friendly production system of the textile and printing industry, such as developing materials that printing without a series of long processes. In order to improve the printability of DTP, a polyurethane dispersion (PUD) was synthesized to improve the printability. FT-IR, DSC, TGA and Printability were evaluated to characterize the synthesized PUD.
