The effect of time for poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) thin film prepared by solution polymerization |
초록 |
PEDOT thin film was made by solution polymerization followed by in-situ polymerization, resulting in PEDOT thin about 1,000 S/cm. For solution polymerization EDOT monomer, poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) as the matrix polymer and pyridine as a retarder were dissolved in 1-butanol. Oxidant solution was separately prepared by dissolving ferric p-toluene sulfonate in 1-butanol. And the solution was made to thin film at 70°C for 20 minutes. The PEDOT film was then washed with water and methanol several times. PEDOT thin film was measured by UV spectrometer with time and we obtained gradually decreased absorbance spectrum. |
