제목 Facile synthesis of N-doped reduced graphene graphene oxide decorated Fe2O3 as negative electrode for asymmetric supercapacitor application
초록 Increasing energy demands and decay of availability of fossil fuel fasten up the research to develop an alternate energy conversion and storage devices. Recently, supercapacitor have intensively studied to develop an high performance energy storage device due to higher power, energy densities, long cycle life and fast charge- discharge properties.  However, the bottleneck problems in asymmetric devices are lower capacitance of negative electrodes. So there is more focuses should be paid to develop a higher capacitive negative electrode with wider potential window. In this work, we have synthesized Fe2O3 decorated N-doped reduced graphene oxide by simple wet synthesis followed by higher temperature annealing at N2 atmosphere. The physio-chemical and electrochemical property of the fabricated electrode was analyzed with various methods. Finally, asymmetric supercapacitor was fabricated by using binder-free ZnCo2O4 as a positive and Fe2O3 decorated N-rGO as a negative electrode.
