제목 An Easy Method of Flexible Electrode Formation by Drop-on-Demand Inkjet Printing on Paper Substrate
초록 In this study, electrodes were formed by printing a silver precursor solution using a drop-on-demand printing type printer. Unlike printing ordinary ink, printing silver precursor solution makes it difficult to jet the desired amount of solution by the surface tension of the solution. By using a surfactant, the surface tension value of the solution was lowered and the amount of the solution to be printed was increased. In addition, the silver precursor and reducing agent spread more widely and the formation of silver particles was increased efficiently. The contact angle measurement shows a decrease in the surface tension by the surfactant, and the SEM photograph of the printed electrode shows that a larger amount of solution is jetted. In addition, we compared the resistances of the electrodes printed in each case. Finally, to test the performance as a flexible electrode, the electrode was folded 500 times and a change in resistance was measured.
