Effects of the incorporation of safflower seed extract in three-dimensional biodegradable scaffolds on hard tissue regeneration |
| 초록 |
In this investigation, safflower seed extract was prepared and incorporated in three-dimensional biodegradable polymer scaffold which was formed using chitosan and PCL blend. Effect of the incorporation of drug in calcium phosphate film was analyzed using FE-SEM and XPS. Cell responses toward the prepared films were examined in terms of proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast and degree of mineralization. Results clearly indicate that the scaffolds displayed biologically and mechanically favorable properties and functions. |
