제목 Multi-functional hybrid coatings from photocurable monomers coantaining anticorrosion fucntional groups
초록 Photocurable monomers containing anticorrosion functional grouops were synthesized to prepare multi-functional hybrid coatings. Monomers with amine-quinone and other functional groups could be obtained by the two-step reactionshaving the acrylate groups in the ends. For the enhancementof wearresistanceof the coatings, silica was modifiedwith alkoxysilane acrylate.Various coating formulations were prepared depending on the type of monomer, content of monomer, modified silica, etc. and were casted on the metal substrates, such as, iron and aluminum by either dip-coating or spin-coating. The anticorrosion ability and wear resistance fo the coatings will be further discussed.
