제목 | Optimization of Inverted Organic Photovoltaic Cells withEnhanced Morphology of Hole Collecting Layer |
초록 | Organic photovoltaic cells(OPVs) have attracted attention as a low-cost, light weight, flexible. Currently, many studies have been focused on inverted solar cell structure to overcome the instability and low efficiency. In this study, we fabricated inverted OPVs by introducing surfactant in hole collecting layer to enhance the morphology. We observed morphology of thin film by AFM, evaluated performance and stability of fabricated OPVs. |
