Surface functionalization of polymeric biosensing plateform by ion irradiation for the detection of target DNA or Antigen |
초록 |
In this study, we report on the ion beam-based surface functionalization of a flexible PET film for the fabrication of a biosensor. The PET surface was functionalized by ion beam-induced generation of carboxylic acid. The functionalized PET surface was used for the immobilization of capture molecules, such as probe DNA and alpha-feto protein. The Red-labeled target DNA was hybridized with probe DNA. Primary Ab and Cy3-labeled secondary Ab were bound on AFP. The results showed that the resolved micropatterns of target molecules were formed and their fluorescence intensities was dependent on the concentration of the target DNA and antigen. |
