Transparent Electric Heating Elements based on Carbon Micro-patterns prepared by Proton Beam Lithography and Carbonization |
| 초록 |
Novolac-derived carbon micropatterns were prepared by proton beam lithography and carbonization for fabrication of transparent electric heating devices. The novolac micro-patterns were prepared by proton beam lithography. The prepared novolac micro-patterns were carbonized under inert atmosphere. The resulting carbon micro-patterns were characterized in terms of their optical and electrical properties, and electric heating performance. |
