제목 Development of Automated System for Hazard Screening & Analysis
초록 Since chemical plant usually deals with many kinds of materials which have dangerous chemical properties and there is the possibility that the process unit is in extreme physical condition, it has a higher potential of accident than other kinds of plant. The first step toward the safe plant is to find out these potential hazards and take appropriate actions against them. To find out potential hazard it is necessary to search for Risk Rank of equipment from Equipment Screening Algorithm. After searching for Risk Rank, it should be considered a potential accident of equipment from Malfunction Risk Analysis Algorithm. And then consequence of accident is predicted from Accident Consequence Analysis Algorithm. According to this procedure integrated risk management of chemical plant can be conducted. It is difficult to carry out integrated risk management of chemical plant. So automated integration system of risk management is necessary. We developed S/W, Automated System for Hazard Screening & Analysis(ASCA). In ASCA we can know relative rank of equipment, variable deviation of malfunction and consequence of potential accident.
