Synthesis and OPV application of Low Bandgap Conjugated Polymers based on 3,6-dithiophen-2-yl-diketopyrrolopyrrole |
초록 |
A novel conjugated polymer comprising diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) was successfully synthesized via direct heteroarylation polymerization in a moderate condition. DPP was used as an electron-defect unit which was coupled with various electron-rich comonomeric units to build efficient small bandgap donor polymers for organic photovoltaic applications. Electron-rich comonomeric units were also incorporated to improve increase the solubility of DPP-based material. The 3-alkylthiophene was copolymerized with DPP via direct heteroarylation polymerization in a moderate condition and had a relative high yield. The chemical structure and optical properties were precisely characterized by NMR, GPC, cyclic voltammetry and spectrophotometer. A series of bulk-heterojunction optical solar cells of ITO/PEDOT/polymer:PC61BM/LiF/Al were prepared and the photovoltaic performance of each solar cell was carefully measured. The surface topology of each layer of solar cells was also investigated. |
