제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Hole-Transporting Small Molecules Based on Triphenylamine Derivatives
초록 Low bandgap, hole-transporting π-conjugated small molecules based on triphenylamine(TPA) derivatives and carbazole or fluorene were successfully synthesized. They were synthesized by Microwave-assisted Heck coupling reaction in a relatively high yield with simple purification. In order to improve the hole transporting capability of the TPA molecule and a conformationally-planar structure of the aromatic moieties, a π-conjugated bridge was inserted between triphenylamine and carbazole or fluorene units. To demonstrate the charge-transporting performance of these molecules, they were incorporated into the photovoltaic devices.
