제목 FABRICATION AND PROPERTIES OF PEDOT FIBER NON-WOVEN WEB PREPARED BY ELECTROSPINNING
초록 In this study, we fabricated electrically conducting nano (micro) poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) non-woven web using the electrospinning technique. Because individual PEDOT can't be spun, so we use poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) as matrix polymer. We used 1-propanol or butanol as a solvent. Electrospinning of the PEDOT non-woven web was carried out under applying electrical high voltage of 10 to 30 kV. To investigate the effective of solvent on formation of PEDOT fibers, we changed the solvents or another components and their proportion. Electrochemical capacitor was assembled using one pair of fabricated PEDOT non-woven webs as electrodes by a simple stack method in various kinds of electrolyte solution, where stainless steel were used as current collectors. We measured electrochemical properties of the PEDOT non-woven webs using charge/discharge experiment. The specific capacitance of PEDOT non-woven webs was above 15 F/g.
