We investigated the organic photovoltaic properties of the fluorenethiophene-based copolymers, poly(9,9`-dioctylfluorene-cobithiophene) (F82T), poly[(2,5-bis(4-hexylthiophen-2-yl)bithiophene-diyl)-alt-(9,9`-dioctylfluorene-2,7-diyl)] (F84T), and poly[(2,5-bis(4-hexylthiophen-2-yl)biphenyl-diyl)-alt-(9,9`-dioctylfluorene-2,7-diyl)] (F8TB). The optical and electrochemical properties of the were characterized by UV-visible, photoluminescence (PL), and cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement. Bulk heterojunction organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) were fabricated with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS (40nm)/ active layer/ LiF (1nm)/Al (100nm). The active layers were achieved by blending of the F8T2, F8T4, and F8TB with [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyricacidmethylester(PC[70]BM). |
