제목 Pervaporation separation performance of Poly (vinyl) Alcohol cross-linked with Tartaric acid hollow fiber composite membrane in the low concentration of Acetic acid aqueous feed solution
초록 The hollow fiber composite membrane used in pervaporation test was prepared by dip coating method on the Polyether Sulfone hollow fiber using poly (vinyl) alcohol solution added dicarboxylic acid, Tartaric acid, as a cross-linking agent and each membrane solution and it contains H2SO4 as acid catalyst for esterification reaction between PVA and TA. To increase coating uniformity, the membrane solution contains SDS surfactant. Prepared membrane was characterized by IR spectroscopy, swelling to observe cross-linking reaction of PVA and Tartaric acid then, finally used in pervaporation test. It have been studied that effect of tartaric acid content, catalyst amount in the membrane solution, and different feed solution. In the pervaporation test result, flux decreased with increase of tartaric acid content but separation factor increased.
