제목 | Optimization of hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin film solar cells for flexible substrates |
초록 | Flexible photovolatics is getting momentum due to its advantage of flexible and unbreakable substrate and its use of handling. For silicon-based thin film solar cells, the silicon layers, i.e. hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) and microcrystalline silicon (uc-Si:H) materials, are normally deposited above 200 'C. Here, we investigate hydrogenated amorphous thin films solar cells in the p-i-n configuration that enables the use of plastic substrates. We optimize the process conditons such as hydrogen dilution ratio, doping concentration and layer thickness at low temperature, i.e., below 200 'C. We found that the electrical, optical and chemical properties of each layer were all correlated to the photovoltaic performances. |
