Polyimide is now widely used in various parts in society. Although it is expensive, it shows great ability in thermal, mechanical properties and so on. There are many researches about adding fillers to change the structure of polyimide and improve the properties of polyimide. In our research, we added different fillers to synthesize the new polyimide film with improved properties. Our research result showed that the polyimide blended with filler, shows great improvement in thermal property, its Tg and TGA results are increased about 50~60oC, and also its mechanical strength are maintained. The different backbone of polyimide are also used to see the changes of the properties. Different improvements were found with different backbone of polyimide and fillers. |
