제목 | Diclofenac altered root developmental processes of Arabidopsis via interfering with the hormonal activities of auxin |
초록 | Diclofenac, a pharmaceutical pollutant, is accumulating in various environmental matrices and threatens non-target organisms. In this study, we report that diclofenac interferes with root developmental processes of plants in a similar but competitive way to auxin, a major phytohormone. In structural aspects, diclofenac was similar to auxin derivatives. The effects of diclofenac on Arabidopsis were mediated through canonical auxin signaling pathways.
