제목 | Cancer specific magnetic nanoparticles with hyperthermia and photodynamic therapy |
초록 | Magnetic nanoparticles as diagnostic, therapeutic and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) materials are used in various fields. However, magnetic particles have several huddles. The biggest hurdle is the low amount of drug in the cancerous area. The reason is that most anticancer drugs have low cancer targeting efficiency. We designed magnetic nanoparticles that combine photosensitizers (PS) and polysaccharides (MPPS) to increase cancer target rates and therapeutic effects. Due to the polysaccharide with cancer targeting ability, MPPS has an increased accumulation at the cancer site and has an excellent therapeutic effect. And given laser irradiation and magnetic field, cancer can be treated by hyperthermia and photodynamic therapy (PDT). We confirmed the tumor by MRI. The combination of hyperthermia therapy and PDT has been demonstrated in MPPS with increased therapeutic effects in cancer. MPPS is expected to take cancer treatment to the next level. |
