제목 Syntheses and Characterization of Surface properties of Anionic Surfactants by Using Fatty Alcohol
초록 A convenient procedure for the syntheses of anionic surfactants has been studied. It has been improved preparation of the alkyl allyl ether by using fatty alcohol such as dodecyl alcohol with allyl chloride. Due to the increase of the potential use of it, anionic surfactants has been investigated for applications of detergent for family use. The present study aims to investigate the role of properties of anionic surfactants containing sulfonates. The minimum areas per molecule(Amin) were 1.41, 1.3, 1.06, and 0.82 nm2.  Amin decreases with increasing the alkyl chain length at the surfactants. The sturctures has characteried with FT-IR and 1H-NMR, respectively. The synthesized anionic surfactants have been tested to critical micelle concentration, emulsion stability, and foaming property.
