제목 Formation of a scattering layer using 3-dimensional TiO2 structure for enhancing the performance of dye-sensitized solar cell
초록 3-dimensional TiO2 structure as scattering layer provides high surface area that is of great importance to the efficient photon-to-electricity conversion since it enhances dye loading and solar light absorption. Also, this structure allowed multi-reflections of electromagnetic waves, such as ultraviolet and visible light. As a result, these spheres greatly enhance the photovoltaic properties of dye-sensitized solar cell. We confirmed that synthesis of TiO2 structure and characters by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and BET. The enhancing the properties of DSSC were measured by I-V curve, EIS, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, IMPS, and IMVS.
