제목 Self-crosslinking injectable hydrogels containing protein-releasing gelatin microspheres
초록 Novel hydrogel matrices are being sought for a number of biomedical applications, including drug and protein delivery. In this work, a self-crosslinking injectable poly(amino acid)-based hydrogel with encapsulated protein-releasing gelatin microspheres was developed for an efficient protein delivery system. The self-crosslinking hydrogel can act as an injectable depot at lesion sites, and incorportated gelatin microspheres, prepared by precision particle fabrication technology, can provide the precise control over protein release. Thus, the combination of these two species may provide a useful injectable formulation for a diverse class of therapeutic proteins, by expressing many benefits, such as accurately controlled protein release, comport to the patients, and cost reduction of surgery due to the non-invasive administration.
