To enhance the thermal and electric conductivity of PI film, addition of conductive filler to film precursor is positively discussed. To prepare conductive filler, the graphene was prepared by electrostatic discharge method. Structural and surface chemistry properties of as exfoliated graphene were mainly evaluated by Raman spectroscopy and XPS spectra. As a result, ID/IG was 0.138 and C/O ratio was 24.91 which means superior quality for graphene. The PI films prepared with graphene expressed 26 times higher thermal conductivity and 72% reduced surface resistance compared with PI film without graphene. These are seemed to be originated from excellent structural, chemical properties of graphene. |
