Furniture painting process is consisted of three steps, such as wood sealer painting, sealer painting, and top coating. However, the conventional painting process, the longer the working time away from production efficiency leads to cost increase. Therefore, in this study, two-step process simplifies the painting furniture and the best selection of the urethane type resin in the solvent investigated.Ketone (MEK, MIBK) ester (ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate) and aromatic (toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes) solvents are selected, and the viscous characteritics was found. |
