Flexible all-solid-state supercapacitor is desirable as potential energy storage system for wearable electronic devices. The key issues for the development of these devices are excellent flexibility, mechanical durability, high energy density and long cycle life. Herein, we synthesized a nitrogen-doped carbon precursor by a simple process. Flexible supercapacitor electrodes were fabricated via a coating of carbon precursor on carbon cloth surface and carbonization at high temperature directly. The as-prepared electrodes were systematically characterized by SEM, XPS, TGA and Raman spectroscopy. Electrochemical capacitive properties were performed by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge. The fabricated symmetric all-solid-state supercapacitor device exhibits a high volumetric capacitance, exceptional energy density and excellent cycle stability. Also, this device shows extraordinary mechanical flexibilities and remarkable stable electrochemical performances. |
