Mesoporous Ti:Sn synthesis and application towards humidity sensor |
초록 |
Mesoporous Ti:Sn is synthesized using the F108 as a structure directing agent and TiCl4 and SnCl4 as inorganic precursors. The structural and morphological properties were correlated using low angle X-ray diffraction, wide angle X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy studies. Ti:Sn mesoporous pellets with different molar ratios (Ti:Sn from 10:90 to 90:10) were prepared and tested for humidity sensing properties at room temperature. Of the different composition made Ti:Sn with 30:70 is found to be best humidity sensor with nearly four order change in the resistance with minimum hysteresis. |
