제목 Blue Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescent Organic Light-Emitter with new linker moiety.
초록 Phenylcarbazole linker based materials were synthesized for blue Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescent (TADF) organic light-emitting diodes. Two TADF emitter materials were developed by introducing triazine acceptor and carbazole derivative donors with phenylcarbazole linker. Two blue TADF materials showed HOMO/LUMO as -4.94/-1.84 eV and -5.15/-1.83 eV and small singlet-triplet energy gap less 0.35 eV which is suitable for application as the TADF emitters. The deep blue TADF emitters showed maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 9.9% with a CIE color coordinate of (0.15, 0.09) and showed maximum EQE of 22.4% with a CIE color coordinate of (0.17, 0.28).
