초록 |
Coronary arterial stenting with drug-eluting stent (DES) is a major therapy for the treatment of coronary arterial diseases inpresent interventional cardiology practice. Rapamycin has anti-inflammatory activity. So, the rapamycin-eluting stents were extensively studied by many people and many meaningful results were obtained. Rapamycin-loaded nanoparticles based on polyethylene glycol (PEG) and poly(DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) block copolymers (PEG-PLGA) were prepared by dialysis method. The morphology of Rapamycin loaded nanopaticles observed by transmission electron microscopy had spherical shapes with particle size of <50nm. Anti-restenosis drug loaded nanoparticles showed high drug loading efficiency over 75 % (w/w). Rapamycin was continuously released from nanopaticle over 3 week. |
