제목 Micropatterning of thin polymer films containing electroluminescent molecules by an ion irradiation technique
초록 The micropatterning of electroluminescent materials in the fabrication of various electronic devices has been explored extensively to improve the performance of these devices. In this research, we report on a simple ion irradiation technique to generate the positive and negative patterns of PMMA/Alq3. The SEM observation showed the positive and negative patterns of the thin films depending on the fluences. Furthermore, it was clearly seen from the fluorescence images for the formed patterns that the positive PMMA/Alq3 patterns were visible without any secondary structure.
