제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Fast Curing Catalyst for Epoxy Resin with Flame Retardancy and High Carbonization Yield
초록 Epoxy resin (EP), the most common thermosetting resin, forms a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure when curing agent or a catalyst were subjected to resin. Epoxy resin has been used in various industrial applications because of its good adhesion, chemical resistance, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties. However, due to the high flammability, various applications are limited, so flame retardant must be added to the epoxy resin to improve flame retardancy. In this study, we developed a novel fast curing catalyst that can improve the thermal properties and flame retardancy of cured epoxy resins. The results will be discussed in the poster presentation.
