제목 Physicochemical Properties of Thermosensitive Nanoparticles by Self-assembly of Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-Poly(ε-caprolactone) and Poly(ethylene glycol)-Poly(ε-caprolactone) Block Copolymers
초록 Polymeric amphiphiles, containing hydrophilic and hydrophobic components, have been extensively studied in biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields due to their unique properties of micelle or micelle-like self-aggregate formation in aqueous milieu.
In this study, the well-defined PNIPAAm-PCL and PEG-PCL block copolymers were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone using mPEG-OH and PNIPAAm-OH, prepared by telomerization of NIPAAm, as initiators. Thermosensitive nanaparticles, with various PNIPAAm-PCL/PEG-PCL ratios, were prepared by a diafiltration method. Then, the physicochemical properties, such as thermosensitivities, self-aggregation behaviors and microscopic characteristics of the thermosinsitive, were investigated by 1H NMR, DSC, DLS and fluorescence spectroscopy.
