Enhanced osteodifferentiation of MC3T3-E1 preosteoblasts on black phosphorous-coated and -incorporated substrates |
초록 |
Black phosphorus (BP) has attracted many attentions as a two-dimension nanomaterial because of its fascinating physicochemical characteristics. In the present study, two different type of BP-based substrates were designed and their potentials as bone tissue engineering scaffolds were explored. First, BP-coated layers on a slide glass were prepared by meniscus-dragging deposition process. Second, BP-incorporated nanofiber matrices were prepared using electrospinning of PCL to fabricate scaffolds with natural extracellular matrix-mimicking structures. Our results indicated that both BP-coated and incorporated substrates can significantly promote cellular behaviors such as proliferation, and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 preosteoblasts. In conclusion, it is suggested that BP-based substrates can be efficiently utilized for biomedical applications thru coating and electrospinning. |
