Electrochemical Detection of Molecules on Direct Laser Patterned Capillary Electrophoresis Device |

Capillary electrophoresis device is studied as one kind of Lab-On-a-Chip which is a technology for detecting bio-material or chemicals. Electrochemical or electrical detection of environmental hazardous chemicals is performed on PDMS microchannel chip having Indium Tin Oxide as a detection electrode.A programmable laser writer is used to make microchannel and current change is measured by source measurement unit controlled with LABVIEW program. |
