제목 Microbead arrays with poly(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate for on-bead bioassay
초록 Assays of biomolecules and cells have played significant roles in genomics, cell-based diagnostics, and drug screening. In the case of cell binding assay on beads, conventional cell binding assays need tedious and time-consuming steps to isolate cell-bound beads (positive beads) in the middle of a lot of negative beads. Therefore, microbead arrays would be a prominent platform to relieve a labor picking beads. In this presentation, poly(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate was utilized to fabricate microbead arrays to anchor beads on a planar surface. Biomolecular binding assays were performed on the array. We expect the bead arrays can be used for various high throughput screenings of binding assays.
