Fabrication and Characteristics of copper nanofibers by electrospinning method |
초록 |
Electrospinning method can produce nanofibers having a diameter of a few nanometers up to several micrometers in an high electric field. Also, applied various field because nanofibers are easily fabricated and controlled shape and size. Cu nanofibers are evaluated good alternative of the Ag nanowire because they have advantages of low price and high electrical conductivity. Cu nanofibers are synthesized for use in 10wt% of solution consist of the Copper acetate and Poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) on the glass substrates by electrospinning. They were heat treated at 500 ℃ to remove PVA. Cu nanofibers were fabricated after calcination at 300 ℃ in H2 atmosphere. The Cu nanofibers were characterized by SEM and TEM. The diameter was about 100 nm. |
